1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by CompNet Advisory Systems Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, mobile application, or purchasing bundles through our platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide the following services:

• Internet data bundles
• Airtime purchase services
• M-Pesa Paybill payment processing
• IT consultancy and digital solutions
• Agent commission-based services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details.

4. Payments

All payments are processed via M-Pesa Paybill or approved channels. Customers must use the correct Account Number format as instructed inside the platform.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details entered by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was successful but bundle was not delivered.
• Duplicate payment occurred.
• System error is confirmed.

Refunds will not be issued where incorrect phone numbers or account numbers were entered.

6. Service Availability

We rely on third-party providers such as telecom operators and M-Pesa. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Agent & Commission Terms

Agents earn commissions based on approved transactions. Fraudulent activity will result in suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the transaction amount paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Data Protection

We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019). Customer information is used strictly for service delivery and legal compliance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
