You can initiate a return within 15 days for eligible items; if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item. For change of mind (with seal intact), ensure to report/return on the spot during delivery/ pick up or within 24 hrs of delivery for your return to be valid

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

The refund depends on the payment method used for your order as shown below:

Credit Card or Debit Card

If the total price is lower after revising the order, we will only capture part of the payment for the available products and release the remaining amount for the unavailable products. Your card will not actually be charged the full amount even though your bank sent you an SMS on the day of your order – that was just a pre-authorization message. You can check this on your online banking statement or you can also confirm this by calling your bank after 3 – 4 days.


If you paid by Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Equitel or Airtel-Money)

The refund amount will be refunded back to the same mobile number account that you had paid with less transaction charges. This is usually refunded within 1 – 2 business days.


Bank Transfer / Cash Deposit / Paid at CompNet Office

The amount is refunded immediately as store credit on CompNet which can be used on any future order. Thereafter, if you request us to refund this amount then we can arrange for a bank transfer or cash collection from our office.

If you cancel the order either you have changed your mind or made the wrong order you need to choose another item for the same amount or you lose 10% of the amount paid inclusive of taxes.

While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes things can go wrong which is very rare. There may be manufacturer defects, logistics issues, a missing item etc. If something is wrong, please let us know as soon as you have received the order by contacting our support team.
